Lashings

Angela's (45896070) back again with the burgers. This time, the American burger stop - Lashings.

The location was centered in Brighton-Le-Sands, easy to locate and right next to the beach. Bonus points! The restaurant was funky and welcoming with a retro ambience.

The inside was just as welcoming, but I found the tables a bit too high from the chairs, so I did have to lean my arms on the table.

Ordering was a bit difficult, because of the numerous options! It took me and my group a while to order because we were so indecisive. We got our respective burgers, me choosing the Sydney chicken burger and also decided on a family pack of chips because of the better value.

Prices ranged from $10-12, average for gourmet burgers. The burgers came astonishingly quick and we were quick to smash our faces! Almost forgot about the photo - cue the stray chips on the plate.

The chips and the burger were amazingly fresh and went all well together. The Sydney burger had a perfect blend of mayo, lettuce and chicken. It was not too small or overwhelmingly big. 10/10 for the delicious food!

Overall, I rate the establishment a 9/10. It's open from 11am to 9pm every day so it's convenient and quick gourmet fast food. My biggest issue was the lack of drink options, only canned sodas. A milkshake would be perfect alongside the meal.
