Canley Heights Hotel Bistro is a hot spot area to grab dinner or drinks with your friends. A popular local bistro, I was enlightened by the busy atmosphere when I headed there on a Saturday evening, many people filled the area and came to enjoy the NRL game on the large flatscreen T.V display. 

The service was fast and attentive even during a busy night.

I ordered the Penne Boscaiola Pasta

The pasta was nicely cooked, covered in creamy sauce, mushrooms, bacon and cheese. For the expensive price it was, it had definitely reached my expectations as it was enriched with freshness and flavour.

Whilst my friend ordered the 300g Sirloin Steak which came in a timely manner.

Cooked in a perfect medium rare, it was a generous portion and arrived with a side of salad, chips and mushroom sauce. His rating - 4.5/5

We finished off the night with a pint of Lemon Lime Bitter and Canadian Club.

Furthermore, Canley Heights Hotel Bistro is a lovely dinner area to enjoy drinks and unwind. The steaks are the most popular options, tender and cooked nicely to your specification. A bonus is their wide variety of drinks and lively vibe.
