Korean Barbecue Style!
Enjoy Korean BBQ with Athena (45501319) on the food adventure.
Korean dramas are an excellent showcase for delicious foods that forms a part of Korean cultures. Mentioning to Korea, people usually think of some dishes such as Kimchi, Bibimbap or Ddukbokki. However, one of the most popular dishes appearing in many dramas that I usually watch to entertain my appetite is Korean BBQ. There are many Korean BBQ restaurants in Sydney, especially around suburbs like Strathfield; however, the best restaurant I've ever tried is 678 Sydney located in Eastwood.
This Wednesday, I went there to enjoy my dinner with my friends. As usual, we ordered unmarinated pork belly and beef. The thing I like about Korea BBQ is that it is always served with many 'bancha'- small side dishes such as corns, pickles, kimchi, steam eggs and many veggies. There are also 2 kinds of dipping sauces and plain salt.

I never have to complain about the quality of meat here. They have the best meat in the town. The meat is all soft and juicy. Every piece of meat seems to melt in my mouth immediately. I rate 5/5 for the BBQ of this restaurant.
I also tried a very weird dish called cold noodle soup for the very first time. They actually put ice into the soup base to make it cold. The noodle goes with some cucumber and a boiled egg. To me, it was a totally new experience when eating a main dish cold like this. However, I still prefer 'hot stuff' so that I rate this dish 2.5 out of 5.
There are many other delicious dishes you should come and try. Moreover, the service here is wonderfully polished. Therefore, this restaurant is a highly recommended one.
